DORBLU IN STRUDEL PASTRY

RECIPE SERVES 4

INGREDIENTS

4 slices DORBLU Classic (approx. 1 cm thick)
4 tbsp. ginger honey
4 strudel pastry sheets (10 x 10 cm)
10 g butter, melted
Sunflower oil for frying radishes to decorate

PREPARATION

Spread out the strudel pastry sheets and brush with the melted butter. Lay DORBLU Classic slices on the top, drizzle with ginger honey and fold over the pastry sheet as follows so that no liquid can escape.
Arrange the pastry sheet with a tip pointing towards you and place the cheese slice on the lower third of the pastry sheet. Fold the lower tip of the sheet over the cheese slice up to the upper third of the sheet. Then fold the left- and right-hand ends inwards.

Roll the cheese inside the pastry sheet towards the uppermost tip, until you are left with a sealed parcel. Glaze the parcels with the rest of the butter and fry in a non-stick pan with a small amount of oil until crispy.

TO SERVE

Remove the cheese parcels from the pan and place on a piece of kitchen towel to absorb any drips. Arrange stylishly on plates, drizzle with a little ginger honey and decorate with radishes or lettuce leaves.
